JWCC offers two different health insurance plan options through BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois. Full-time staff and faculty members are eligible for up to 7 credit hours of paid tuition and fees per academic semester of JWCC credit courses. Each spouse is eligible for tuition (not to include fees) paid for up to 15 credit hours per semester. Each dependent child is eligible for tuition (not to include fees) paid for up to 18 credit hours per semester. Options are available for dependents of associate faculty members that qualify.

Full-time staff and faculty members are eligible for a maximum of up to $200 per credit hour for up to 9 credit hours per fiscal year for advanced or continuing education for at accredited institutions of higher education.
